Weft (“Weft”) is a new platform for fabric design. Weft connects designers with cutting-edge technology and leading manufacturers to create beautiful, high-quality textiles. As a community-oriented website, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your personal information.. The policy is designed to inform you about Weft’s practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of any Personal Information through our website at [www.weft.design] any sub-domains and related websites (collectively, the “Site”).
Information You give to Weft. When you use the Site, you may choose to send certain information to Weft, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, including when you register to purchase certain products or services through the Site; and when you visit the Site, or send us emails, texts, or other electronic messages.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. As you navigate through and interact with the Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

Weft may create a Weft customer profile for you and may associate the above information with your Weft customer profile to improve the Weft Services. For example, Weft may apply different criteria when you are using an unknown device or are in an unusual location (such as in another country).
Please note that Weft may share customer information across its affiliated business entities and companies working on Weft’s behalf, but only as described above in “Use of Information,” and as follows:
a. Third Party Service Providers and Suppliers. Weft may share your Personal Information with third parties in connection with responding to your requests for products or services. Weft may enter into agreements with third party service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions to its customers. Service providers and suppliers are generally required to keep confidential the information they receive on behalf of Weft and generally may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Weft. These service providers and suppliers may change, or Weft may enter into agreements with additional service providers and suppliers, to better accommodate Weft customers.
b. Law Enforcement. Weft, and its affiliates and related companies, may disclose personal, technical or other information when required by law to do so or as set forth below. These circumstances may include criminal or civil subpoenas, court orders or requests by law enforcement personnel. Weft, and its affiliates and related companies, will only disclose information when it has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to prevent fraud or illegal activities from being conducted via the Site, to protect Weft’s property interests (including intellectual property), or to prevent imminent bodily harm. Disclosure may be made to law enforcement officers, government agencies, other companies, lawyers or agents.
c. Change of Ownership. Should Weft or any affiliates or related entities merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or should some or all their respective assets (including their customer information) be acquired, Weft may share your Personal Information with those business entities in connection with the merger or acquisition.
The Site is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and Weft does not intentionally or knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13. No one under the age of 13 is allowed to transmit Personal Information via the Site. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to transmit any Personal Information to Weft. Do not assist anyone under 13 to transmit any Personal Information to Weft. If Weft learns that it has received such information, it will remove and delete that information. Weft recommends that anyone between the ages of 13 and 18 get permission from his or her parents or guardians before transmitting any Personal Information to or through the Site.
Weft takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of your information and follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
